SCHOOL HEALTH PROGRAMME ON STRESS-FREE LEARNING
Department of Mental Health Nursingalong with II MSc (N) & III BSc (N) students organised a school health programme on the topic "Stress-free Learning" on 27/11/23 at St. Agnes School (CBSE), Bendore, Mangaluru. Mrs. Santhipriya Monterio, Programme co-ordinator unveiled the theme and Mrs. Sonia Lobo, Professor, expressed the significance of the theme. Sr. Edna, Administrator, St. Agnes School addressed the gathering and emphasised on the
journey of student life. The session began with a mime show which intended to throw light on the theme. Stress managing techniques were taught bylecture method, group discussion and playing videos where the participants practiced it enthusiastically. The programme caught its attention by video play, a flash mob and conducting various fun games for the participants. A total of 137 students from class X and 10 teachers of St. Agnes School benefitted from the programme.
