General Health Checkup Camp at Urwastore
A General Health Camp on 24 March 2024 at
Manasa Mantapa, Urwastore Mangaluru, was organized by Father Muller Medical Collage
Hospital, Kankanady Mangaluru in collaboration with St.Dominic Church
Ashoknagar, Catholic Sabha Ashoknagar Unit in association with the Commission
for Interreligious Dialogue, Commission for Health, Commission for Labour in
association with Shree Sharadha Pooja Samithi Urwastore, Mangala Friends Circle
Urwastore. Departments such as General Medicine with ECG, Dermatology,
Orthopaedics, and Ophthalmology along with Laboratory and Pharmacy services were available. Ms Raina Jenifer Mascarenhas, Assistant Lecturer from
Father Muller College of Nursing, and the nursing students participated in
the camp's activities by dispensing free medicines for the beneficiaries.
There were 320 beneficiaries for this camp. Ms Raina Jenifer Mascarenhas, the faculty of Father Muller College of Nursing, coordinated the camp.
