Father Muller College of Nursing's Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) organized a significant workshop on the essentials of teaching in nursing education. The event, held on December 20, 2023, took place in the AV Hall in collaboration with the Medical Education Unit of Father Muller Medical College. Distinguished speakers included Dr.Nagesh KR, Dr.Shivashankara AR, Dr.Archana Bhat, Dr.VarshaShenoy, Dr.ReshmaKini, Dr.Smitha Bhat, and Dr Anissa Thomas, who shared their expertise as resource persons. The event commenced with a warm welcome by Dr.Sasikumar, the IQAC coordinator.  Sr. Jacintha DSouza, the principal of Father Muller College of Nursing, delivered the presidential address, emphasizing the importance of the workshop in enhancing nursing education. 

Rev. Fr. Ajith B Menezes, Administrator, Father Muller Medical College spoke on the relevance of the workshop, highlighting its impact on the field. The vote of thanks was extended by Mrs. Sabeena MT P, IQAC secretary, expressing gratitude to all participants and organizers for making the event a success. The workshop, with its distinguished speakers and comprehensive coverage of teaching essentials, proved to be a valuable initiative in advancing nursing education at Father Muller College.
