Faculty Development Program
Father Muller College organised a faculty development program on 31.07.2024 at 2.30 pm in the Seminar Hall, the program was conducted by Mrs. Jyoti Pinto, HR Manager, FMCI.
Professor Cynthia Santhmayor, Principal of the Department of Speech and Hearing at Father Muller College, extended a warm welcome to all the faculty and underscored the role andsignificant contribution of the faculty in institutions growth. A total of 15 faculty members participated in the event.
Mrs. Jyoti Pinto orchestrated a impactful program encompassing multiple game sessions and video presentations aimed at enhancing team dynamics, interpersonal communication skills, and leadership acumen. Subsequent to the engaging and enriching program, all participants partook in refreshments, following which the Principal concluded the event by presenting a token of appreciation to the speaker.
