A REPORT ON NUTRITIONAL PREPARATION AND DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMME
As a part of extension activity, the
department of Community Health Nursing along with IV year B.Sc Nursing students
conducted a programme on Nutritional preparation and demonstration at Primary
Health Centre Surathkal on 23rd May 2018. Dr. Jeevan Prakash
inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp and gave talk regarding effects
of nutrition on health. Students demonstrated the preparation of Diabetic diet,
Hypertension diet, Weaning diet, Antenatal diet, Postnatal diet and Cardiac diet.
There were 75 beneficiaries for the programme.
