Expert Lecture on Repertorization and Prescription
Department of Repertory organized
an Expert Lecture on Repertorization and
Prescription for Postgraduates and final BHMS students on 9th January 2024. Dr.
Shashikant Tiwari, Renowned Homoeopath, Former Director of NIH, Former
Principal of Father Muller Homoeopathic Medical College was Resource person.
Dr Rita Chakraborty, Professor and
Head of Department of Repertory, delivered the welcome address and introduced
the resource person. Dr E J Prabhu Kiran, Principal welcomed resource person
with a floral Bouquet.
Rev. Fr Roshan Crasta,
Administrator felicitated Dr Shashikant Tiwari with the memento and delivered
his message.
Dr Shashikant Tiwari elaborately
explained about the need of Repertorization in arriving at the proper similimum
during Homeopathic practice. He stressed on the utility of Repertorization;
when and where to use the Repertories in order to form the prescription and
also highlighted about the types of Repertorization : Mental Repertorization ,
Referral Repertorization and Clinical Repertorization. He also enlightened us
about the possible mistakes that happens during Repertorization and also about
the points to be aware of while repertorizing. He shared some of his
challenging cases, cured completely with the help of Homoeopathy .The session
was well received by the participants.
This talk was attended by 92 PG
Scholars, 81 Final year BHMS students, teaching faculty of Father Muller
Homoeopathic Medical College.
