Comprehensive staff training program on Randomized Controlled Trials and Literature Search Techniques
Research Innovation & Extension Committee, Father Muller College of Nursing,jointly with Department of Community Medicine, Father Muller Medical College hosted a comprehensive staff training program on "Randomized Controlled Trials and Literature Search Techniques" on 05th August 2024 at Syndicate Hall, FMCON.The morning session was led by Dr Sudhir Prabhu H, Professor & HOD, Community Medicine Department, FMMC, who provided in-depth insights into Randomized Controlled Trials (RCT). Afternoon session led by Dr Habeeb Ur Rahman, Assistant Professor at the College of Business Administration, Kingdom University, Bahrain, delivered an insightful session on accessing journal articles using available databases and publishing houses.The overwhelmingly positive feedback and impressive post-test results from the workshop reaffirm the tangible benefits gained by the teaching faculty.
